Poor old Sheepy, never right.
I heard Fitz say repayments were put on hold.
Twice the payslip with zero has been mentioned. Never been produced. Fitz talked direct to the soldiers.
Howard govt ministers never had no qualms stopping social security payments or levying amounts to be repaid. hypocrites! Sheepy is not just a hypocrite but sanctimonious at it.

In todays QT again no payslip.
If there was one it may have been to do with other things, esp since the paying of the debts were stopped in Oct or earlier.

A stupid answer. Watched both QTs (not 100%, have a shop to run) and neither time the payslip was produced.

http://www.smh.com.au/national/coalitio ... tml?page=1Coalition 'misread' SAS payslip
THE Federal Opposition's attacks on the Defence Minister over a pay bungle affecting special forces soldiers came under fire yesterday when senior Defence sources said the Coalition had misinterpreted a payslip central to its claims.
The senior sources confirmed last night that the payslip, which the Opposition had insisted revealed an SAS soldier's pay had been docked to zero in January, in fact showed the soldier received his regular fortnightly after-tax pay of more than $2700.
While the payslip did have a zero on its bottom line, this figure was not the soldier's actual pay for the fortnight but an accounting entry reflecting a series of paper adjustments, the sources said.
The better I get to know people, the more I find myself loving dogs.

"But you will run your fluffy bunny mouth at me. And I will take it, to play poker."
