I wonder why all Christians aren't condemned when a Christian breaks the law?
I wonder why all Hindus aren't condemned when an Hindu breaks the law?
I wonder why all Buddhists aren't condemned when a Buddhist breaks the law?
I wonder why all the Zoroastrians aren't condemned when a Zoroastrian breaks the law?
Gee, only Muslims are told they are responsible for the actions of all Muslims continually. I wonder why? Could it be Islamophobia? Nah! Of course not, no one here suffers from Islamophobia, now do they?
Talk about clutching at straws. Are you a christian, Brian?
Used to be until the Brothers beat my religion out of me, Neferti. Are you a Christian? Are you aware of the 2,018 years of Christian brutality surrounding us? Or is that all "yesterday's news" to you?
What?
Your not the pope or a member of the illuminadi?
You have stared in the past that you are some sort of religious doctor or some such.
But that's normal, you know and have done everything right?
And we alllllllll believe you too..
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

Nope. Never been a CATHOLIC. My parents were Protestant.
Now, I DO understand YOUR problem.
Blame your parents and grandparents!
You realise that Protestants are in fact Christians?

Yes ... but a whole different idea about stuff.
Once a Catholic, always a Catholic, lapsed or otherwise. Protestants have an entirely different idea about things.

I can only reiterate what my "lapsed Catholic" friends have told me. On MY death bed I would never, ever call for the Priest, since I have never been a Catholic, to come and give me the "Last Rights" ... lapsed Catholics do, apparently.
Here .... Catholics and Protestants are VERY different ....

I'll throw a spanner in the works for ya.
I'm a Catholic, but I'm also a protestant.
You see, I'm from the Higher church of England, which, I have been told is Catholic.
The only differences we have from Roman Catholics is that we don't confess, and we don't worship saints, as such, but we do have them.
I have had this argument with Roman Catholics, they don't worship saints apparently.
But to me, praying to a saint is worshiping them.
Who really knows?

I don't need a link I wanted your own words. I have never known a Catholic, and I know many, to call a priest on their deathbed. Not ever.
I know they do it on tv though.

You do realise that TV is not real life, Black Orchid?
The reason why they are rarely called to a death bed is because in Australia at least, there has always been a general shortage of clergy, of all dominations. It has only gotten much worse in the last 30-40 years. The Catholic Church is quite happy to import them from overseas, as is the Anglican church. This shortage means that as the dioceses have increased in size, with fewer clergy, it has come harder and harder to keep up with diocesan duties. No priest has attended any of my relatives when they have died. Plenty have called 'round, looking for money though, before and after the death. Bastards.
In the US, things might be different, I am quite willing to admit. Most TV we see afterall, is American. Cultural imperialism at it's worst. Best thing the Federal Government did was introduce the local content rules to TV. Otherwise we'd all be talking with a mid-West Twang and carryin' a six gun on our belts...

"They" do lots of things on TV.
I wasn't raised a Christian. God was never mentioned when I was a kid. We never went to Church. We never thought about how we would be "punished" if we disobeyed God. God was never mentioned. We got a smack on the bum, from Mother, if we were naughty. I can only recall getting about 3 smacks ... and I was cheeky and deserved them.
As a teenager I went to the Library and read about Buddhism. No idea why. Curious, I guess. I did have penpals overseas around then in England, Kenya, New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga, Japan, Canada and America.
There is NO Heaven, no after life .... dead is dead ....
I don't care what the Muslims do or think. That's their privacy. However, IF Muslims come here and think that they can kill us all .... because of some "God" ....
