Who gives a crap whether she or him is confused? I have better things to worry about. What do you expect the organiser to do? Ask for a genitaliac photo before the race? ( genitaliac= A picture of the box)

So externally, most hermaphrodites in the human situation look like females in terms of their genitalia but they have male characteristics

What a coincidence. I have male genitalia, female characteristics and I act like a bloody gash

How utterly stupid is the SA Sports Minister who says there will be a Third World War if she is not allowed to compete as a woman and has to give her medal back?
South African officials have stepped up their defence of Caster Semenya, warning of a "third world war" if the row over her sex stops her competing.

I feel sorry for her and she should retain her medal - but I'm not sure about the competition, and can't believe this hasn't ever occurred before.

I also feel she should retain her medal and should be able to compete. There was no intent to defraud or cheat here.

Could South Africa cause world war 3?

I suppose if they dropped a nuclear on Iran they could. Highly unlikely - do they even have the bomb?

The fact that she competed in good faith, not realising her gender ambiguity makes the reaction of the crowd all the more despicable.

She should keep her medal, however wont be allowed to compete in the female section... which is fair enough, she has quite an advantage.

And this has happened before, a number of times.
