Know anything about Carbon Chemistry Monkey Boy? What do you think wood is made of?

Where do you think the plants get the carbon from?

Re: Global Warming
While some increase in CO2 (due the anthropogenic emissions) will boost plant growth there are two limits on this:
1. As the globe continues warming CO2 intake will decrease. It is night time temps that apply here, as night time temp minimums rise CO2 uptake decreases.
2. As CO2 in the atmosphere rises the uptake of nitrogen decreases.

Re: Global Warming
Look, the carbon cycle might be big news to you but it is old hat to me. The thread is about global warming and so I mention two effects of increasing atmospheric CO2 has on the carbon cycle.
Care to discuss those effects? Or is that beyond your knowledge and capabilities?

Am I?
I think you are clutching at straws to prevent you having to think about AGW or anything in the real world. Drugs and clear thinking don’t go together.

I'm waiting for you 1/ to actually acknowledge mine and then 2/ respond to them.

Re: Global Warming
What, that trees (and grasses and stuff) are growing faster now due higher CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere? Said that.
I then pointed out there are limits to that.
The nitrogen one is especially important.
