Now keep repeating it till you understand it.
Repeat after me.

My logic is impure and I don't understand global (GLOBAL) warming and it's potential impact and risks and therefore know SFA.

My logic is wrong
My logic is wrong

Explain to me how a fridge can be cold inside while the overall environment has increased in average temperature as Yogi indicated. A room with a fridge can get hotter as the fridge gets colder. Using your logic the fridge should get hotter if the room does.

And here is some proof that is as scientific as you deniers have offered up..

To put it simply SN... YOU ARE WRONG.

Just admit it.

BTW the Earth isn't a fridge. :du :du :du :du :du

No you don't, because you obviously have no fucking idea.

Now I just have to respond to this statement.

So the Earth doesn't obey the laws of thermodynamics. Is that what you are saying.

The Earth does not have latent heat as part of it's energy store and energy exchange.

The air doesn't get cooler during a summer rain storm.

Heat isn't stored in ocean currents and released at differ latitudes.

Hot dry air doesn't collect water over the oceans, and when the steam is released as water the latent energy just disappears.

The earth is all about energy absorptions and release. Latent energy absorption or release as matter changes states (you know like ice to water to gas) is the fundamental force to all our weather. You know... like a fridge.

Here is a good example what we can do if we recognise a risk/threat and pull together to address it. We need to do the same for climate change or global warming... take your pick.

Note this statement: The Montreal Protocol shows that the world can come together to deal with global environmental problems. The protocol also illustrates that actions may require decades to yield results. Which drives home the need to address our climate crisis now.

Some Good Global Environmental News for a Change: Ozone Hole Closing Up Thanks to Global Action

The world united to combat the ozone hole, can we do the same for climate change?

The fragile layer of gas that protects all living things on Earth from the sun's harsh ultraviolet light is on the mend—in other words, the ozone hole is healing. That's according to the latest assessment by the World Meteorological Organization and the United Nations Environment Programme.

The ozone hole had been growing for decades over Antarctica. But the world recognized the problem and took action more than a quarter-century ago. The 1987 Montreal Protocol phased out the use of chlorofluorocarbons, or CFCs, responsible. With the ozone-damaging compounds gone, the layer had a chance to recover and the hole is no longer growing.

A bonus: the phase-out also helped slow global warming. Because CFCs are also powerful greenhouse gases. In fact, the agreement to address the ozone hole has actually cut five times the greenhouse gas emissions as has the Kyoto Protocol to address global warming.

The Montreal Protocol shows that the world can come together to deal with global environmental problems. The protocol also illustrates that actions may require decades to yield results. Which drives home the need to address our climate crisis now.

Wassup IQS shit stopped your brain from working too or do you really just get so obsessed you can't help but alienate people for no bloody reason.

Ah no..... the Earth isn't a box that is cold on the inside and hot on the outside.
Let me know when you get it.
Let me know when you understand the difference between cooling and warming.
Let me know when you have a real argument that explains why you back Thermageddonists when the so-called warming is not global

Okay.....why do you lot bother? There is no way either will convince the other. But.......I give the best drawing award to SN. He posted the best meaningless memes.

No need to thank me, SN.

Umm I see you missed the science of the point.

I may ask the same of you when you understand the relations between the two and the cause/effect one has on specific regions of the planet that are large land masses like Europe/Asia continents that are connected as one land mass.
Rorschach wrote:Let me know when you have a real argument that explains why you back Thermageddonists when the so-called warming is not global
You need to try and define your definition of global.

Mine is the average energy of the planets environment increases. What's yours?

Note: Energy include latent heat, kinetic and chemical energy, not just surface temperature.

Localised cooling can be the result of major environmental changes due to warming. Do you get it yet.

Do you need some crayons to eat?
