Re: USA - Cannot pay it PS wages ... again
Maybe I'm looking at the wrong media sources, but there's surprisingly little news on this.
The NYT says that it will be settled this weekend as long as they all agree to raise the debt ceiling? Is this the answer - especially as the Chinese appear to be their biggest creditors. China is in the process of taking a vow of austerity and in light of the US woes - where will they get the money? Print some more?
I read somewhere that whenever the US prints some more cash - the flow on effect hits other nations. It might be coincidental, but the last time they printed cash - our dollar dropped about 10 cents.

You must be reading the Green left weekly or some other shit publication by idiots from the left who know sweet fuck all.
When the US 'prints money' our dollar goes up against the USD.

We're Americans, we poll everything. That opinion polls themselves are being done has nothing at all to do with narratives, we're just culturally addicted to needing to know what everyone else thinks.IQS.RLOW wrote:I don't believe it's settled yet and release of polling that says the people blame the republicans is but another example trying to rewrite the narrative because someone noticed it wasn't all beer and skittles for Obama.

Aw... Mellie thinks there's a conspiracy again.mellie wrote:"Foreign investment in US Elections" @ open congress. Also read FARA1966 pdf from fara.gov .History repeated. OBAMA THE MAO CHINAWHILE.MULTI-Nat brokerage opportunist flip-flop taking orders from Beijing.just as Clinton did.
1. Foreign investment isn't a new thing and China s fa from the only people that do business with us. Go look up "special interest groups" and you'll find that pretty much every nation that has favored trade status with us, and quite a few who'd like to get that status with us, all have lobby groups in D.C.
Also, China's lobbying efforts pale next to the effort Israel puts into lobbying my government.
2. Obama and Clinton aren't the first to try and woo China. You want to see some real asskissing you need to go watch Republican presidents, in particular George W. Bush (who pretty much pushed damned near every instance of China engaging in illegal, immoral, or just plan dangerous trade activities under a rug) or Richard Nixon (the guy that started modern US/China relations in the first place).

And as far as conspiracy theories are concerned, sigh,,of course both sides of US gov have taken their fare share in terms of foreign investment to fund their political campaigns, be it from Israel, China,or elsewhere, the concern is when these foreign investors begin to have too much of a say in terms of policy direction, and start compromising a nation's soverignty, taking the vote from the nations people and giving it to those who May have their interests vested elswere.Obama has introduced CAPA,,has compromised soverignty and security in loosening FARA, re- foreign investors disclosure requirements.

Spot on IQ'S.
The polls reflect the whims of government and their investors, not the American people.

No, polling is a tool used by the government, political groups, and corporations in order to find out what the general publics opinion is on a given subject in order to better tailor goods and services or as for intelligence purposes in order to better tailor propaganda and advertising. Thanks to the Miracle of Statistical Modeling you can use that polling data to construct accurate models of what the general publics reaction to a given action or announcement will be. The more data you have the more accurate the models get, hence our obsession with constantly polling ourselves.mellie wrote: Spot on IQ'S.

All done pretty much openly, most of the polling agencies are big on transparancy about raw data and methodology. The big secret is there is no secret, no hidden agendas, it's all out in the open and so blindly obvious only an idiot would fail to notice it. You're giving my government waaaaay the hell to much credit. Trust me, I work for the US Government, we're no where near as clever or cunning as you seem to think.
But yeah, so which group is at the heart of your goofy conspiracy? Bilderberg? The Illuminati? A cabel of the Reptilons, Chinese Communists, and Freemasons? Seriously, lady, next you'll be telling me about goddamn chemtrails and fuckmothering black helicopters.
