They can't comment on politics directly but I am sure they think the continued stimulus spending will be inflationary combined with China picking up, also, the interest rate rises under Howard's last year did give the bank room to drop dramtically when the global downturn.
DEEEEEEEEPTHOUGHT IS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!
