I would think it goes on in both parties, only the Libs are a little bit smarter and more cunning about how they slurp at the trough. The more I hear about Dastyari - the more I dislike him. Shorten made a big mistake in not cutting him loose permanently instead of hinting that he'd be back.

I realise it's a common mistake so I'll refrain from being condescending.

"Karma" is a Sanskrit word that literally means "action".
So when the uninformed bang on about "It's karma" all they're really saying is "It's action".

The correct way to express the phrase/concept is "Karma phalam".
Which translates as "Action fruits" or 'Fruits of action'
Same concept as "Reap what ye sow".

The Libs and the Nats even more so, used to be the worst offenders.
But they've learnt to clean their act up due to prevalence of 'Corporate governance'.
Labor adopted an entitlement mentality which has long made them hypocrites, and the unions
have become increasingly criminal because they're used to doing theft and stand-over with impunity.

Dastari is untrustworthy because he's (an albeit non practicing) Muslim and gay.
Muslims are naturally sleazy and gays are naturally sneaky.

Shorten is a particularly sinister character - a career politician willing to knife anyone in the back and use everyone as stepping stones.
