Be good if all schools were securely fenced- good for the students protection from dangerous members of the wider community. A lot better use of the money than a school hall.

But not employing nearly as many building tradespeople or materials. This Building the Schools stuff is a stimulus measure pure and simple, quick infrastructure work.

I think you should find yourself a better burb to live in rainbow, to suggest a school needs security fencing more than a hall means you must live in a very bogan area or you watch too much American tv.
