Two men wielding a machete and a cleaver hacked a man believed to be a soldier to death on a busy London street Wednesday while yelling "Allahu Akbar," in an attack that was caught on video and left the nation shocked and horrified.

More than 100 masked men have flooded the streets of London near where a soldier was beheaded in an apparent Islamist attack, shouting that they've 'had enough'.

The men, representing the far-right English Defence League, have reacted angrily after the serving British solider was brutally murdered in cold blood on a Wollwich street.

The men, many of them masked, say they're taking the streets back from radical Islam.

"They're chopping our soldiers' heads off. This is Islam. That's what we've seen today", EDL leader Tommy Robinson said.

"They've cut off one of our army's heads off on the streets of London," he said.

"Our next generation are being taught through schools that Islam is a religion of peace.

"It's not. It never has been. What you saw today is Islam.

"Everyone's had enough. There has to be a reaction, for the government to listen, for the police to listen, to understand how angry this British public are."

Islam is not a religion, it is a political and personal ideology that cannot be separated. No more mosques, no refugee status and take no more of these human filth.

This is very scary, Orchid. Now we have a small population of Muslims in our San Francisco Bay Area, USA. They aren't swarming all over the place and demanding this or that.

The ones in my college town neighborhood are quiet and respectful, many drive taxis, and many own businesses and always supply the brands of foods we like, even if those foods aren't included in their own diet, and serve coffee at the front door. They are very welcoming, and polite to all us customers.

One store owner down the street has a back room with prayer rugs, where the brothers go when call to worship comes five times a day. My community of Muslims rents the YMCA to use as their mosque.

There is certainly nothing threatening about the Muslims I happen to know in person. But what we are seeing all over the world is quite a different story.

Some who have studied up on Islam say that the higher the percentage of Muslims in a westernized population, the more bold they are and the more demands they make, and ultimately the more violent they become.

Mostly Australian Muslims are fairly quiet and keep to themselves. There are ratbags in every culture, race and religion - but as long as they follow our laws - we can live peacefully with them.

No government will "outlaw" Islam and it is ridiculous even suggesting that.
