Premier Napthine (who KNIFED Faillieu, funny how that is never mentioned ) was in tears when he signed up to NDIS. He has a son, IIRC, who is disabled.

Baldwin was one of just 4 Libs in the House when JGPM introduced the Levy Bill to pay for the NDIS. He has a disabled family member too.

As Deputy PM one of the portfolios she asked for was social inclusion. I can see she was emotional about this Bill which is about the ultimate in social inclusion.
