it's all a bit arse about and of course the LW Progs are only doing it to hurt Jones personally and try to remove him from the airwaves.

The situation is people advertise on Jones' show because he has a big audience. He keeps winning the ratings so he must have a big audience. So they have their ads on his show so they can reach the largest audience they can. It's a business decision and that's as far as it goes.

To boycott advertisers and complain and harangue them :because they support Jones" and his political and personal views is bunkum when it comes to advertising. I guarantee you most people working for those companies don't even listen to him.

I reckon it is quite simple. The Parrot has a long history of using the access he has to a very public microphone to incite hate, violence and to personally denigrate people. People now have access to a tool which lets him know (and those who support his capacity to access that microphone) they have had enough of it, and it is entirely irrelevant to those people that Jones has admirers. Those people are letting him (and those who support him) know he has many more who do not admire him and who have had it with him.
