If one wanted to be a Zen Buddhist in the 21st century, would it be necessary to don robes and travel the country begging and writing haiku? Likewise, if one wanted to be a modern Stoic would it be necessary to live in the street owning nothing but rags or be exiled to a desert Greek island? No, you would probably have a proper job, live in a house and look and dress like a normal person. So in that sense a Stoic can "enjoy" the good things of life just like a Zen Buddhist could. The previously mentioned book is not a academic text but a practical guide to Stoicism.

About morals, I know only that what is moral is what you feel good after and what is immoral is what you feel bad after.
