Cuntroy runs scared after acting tough. Too gutless to put his seat where his mouth is, he has put the filter on the backburner only until after the election where he will pull it out and declare he has a mandate to introduce it.
This govt has to go.
It is just one failed policy after another...

Conroy puts internet filter on backburner
The Federal Government has deferred the introduction of its mandatory internet filtering program.
Communications Minister Senator Stephen Conroy says the filter will not be put in place until an independent review can be carried out into what content would be banned.
He says the review is likely to take about a year,
