In the Australian’s latest Newspoll, the two-party-preferred vote remains unchanged at 51 per cent to Labor and 49 per cent to Liberal.

The Labor Party has gone backwards in its primary vote at 36 per cent, and the preferred prime minister gap has widened by three points, showing Scott Morrison at 46 per cent to Bill Shorten’s 35 per cent.
