2GB just said Dutto has just handed the 43 signatures to Malcolm so the meeting is on (unless conniving Mal can pull another trick).

Dutto said the Solicitor general has cleared him of Section 44 so Mal was bluffing.

Wonder what the slimy GetUp! is making of all this ? Probably preparing to spend the next 20 years in Opposition.

The whip has told Mal she has seen the letter with more than 43 signatures on it but she won't show Mal the letter.

So Mal is fuming and trying to try some trick or other.

Will Mal call an immediate election ?
