Correct. I know from personal experience ... my mother was diagnosed as manic depressive and is a fuckwit in all regards, obsessed with what others think of her. She's doped up on anti-depressants for life, but they make her no less a fuckwit ... actually from my experience of everyone I've known on anti-depressants, the drug just makes it easier for them to justify their lying, thieving, treachery, double crossing and double standards.Neferti~ wrote:Manic Depressive Illness (MDI) is VERY real ... it has been re-titled as BIPOLAR to save embarrassment and to be PC.
In my mother's case, like a heroin addict, and for the same reasons - because anti-depressants just like heroin enlarge the endorphin receptors (serotonin - anti-depressants, dopamine - heroin) she had to keep upping the dose and cocktail with other substances. By my teenage years she couldn't sleep unless she washed 4 Loroxol tabs down with white wine, Brandavino or Blackberry Nip.
Before I was born (told in my mid 20s) she was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, spent time in Calam Park (Sydney nut house) and was given insulin shock teatment. Her mother (dead before I was born) was addicted to Bex and Vincent's powders (pain killers) which destroyed her kidneys.
In my opinion many so called Bi polars are little or no less psychotic than a schizophrenic, and no less dangerous either.
Can be, due to inbreeding just like schizophrenia, but also can be induced like PTSD due to poor/bad conditioning.Neferti~ wrote: MDI is genetic,
Debatable ... I'm yet to witness it. From my experience the meds just make them sneakier, like a speed/ice junky.Neferti~ wrote:can be controlled with medication, provided that the sufferer continues to take the meds.
Maybe, but maybe not. Y'see inbreeding is common practice with Muslims and Hindus, despite knowledge of genetic defects, in order to keep property/assets in the family in the event of spousal divorce.Neferti~ wrote:Lawyers claiming that their "client" has a "mental disorder" is as false as Aussie claiming he was ever a "defence" lawyer.
In the old days people with these ailments were institutionalised in asylums for their own protection (and the public's) because grumpy bastards like me hung them from a tree at a cross road.
