So will Abbott be leader again after the election?
I think he might be if Turnbull loses.
Even if the Coaltion win, which I think they will, they need it to be better than the current projections for them to get the bills passed through a joint sitting of the two houses.
News lmd have them on a current projection of 78 but if they only keep 33 senate seats as they currently have that won't be enough to pass the bills in a joint sitting.
Turnbull might have to fall on his sword if that happens.
July 2

Abbott is gone. Period. So is Lord Waffle. Morrison was thought of as a potential future leader of the Liberals but I think he has stuffed up by backing the MT vessel, i.e. Lord Waffle.skippy wrote:So will Abbott be leader again after the election?

If you browse through the responses on sites such as Andrew Bolt, Tim Blair and Pickering, you will find that many of us "rusted on" Liberal votes will NOT be voting Coalition this election ... because of Lord Waffle. It BullShitten becomes the next PM for 3 years ....... sobeit.
The ALA is not an alternative as that is only for the Senate. I will NOT vote Liberal (Coalition) while Lord Waffle is in charge and I would NEVER EVER (that is not ever) vote Labor. Have name crossed off Roll .... to save $20 "fine" .... or ....?

It just keeps getting worse. Maybe we need to privatise the government. We'd save some money on their expenses at least.

Turnbull is trying his hardest to dismantle Medicare and Shorten is too weak. I won't be voting for either one of them (by way of my local member).
