Destroy their passports and send their families to join them.

The only way that IS (ISIS) would become civilised is if they wore bibs or a white coat to protect themselves from the blood spray of their victims.
Sick degenerates that they are.

How civilized is this...............

Australian mother ‘abandons children to join Isis’

A mother abandoned her two young children with a babysitter before fleeing the country to join Islamic State in Syria, according to news reports in Australia.

Jasmina Milovanov, a 26-year-old Muslim convert, allegedly left her five and seven-year-old children in the care of a teenage babysitter but never returned to collect them.

She later texted her former husband, who was living in Turkey, to tell him she had gone to Syria and he needed to return to Australia, the Sydney Daily Telegraph said.

He told the paper that he was “absolutely shocked”.

“The only thing I can think about is my children. I can’t believe she left these two beautiful children,” her unnamed ex-husband said.

He said his ex-wife was “impressionable” and said he had previously warned her over her “extreme” and “stupid” posts on Facebook. He added that he believed she had married a fighter with the terror group.

Friends said that Ms Milovanov, of Sydney, had often talked of marrying a jihadist fighter. One former acquaintance described her as “emotionally and mentally disturbed”, in comments to news.com.au.

The mother had apparently told a babysitter that she was going out to pick up a new car. When she failed to return the children were given to another family member, according to reports.

Ms Milovanov was missing for a fortnight before she apparently announced that she was in Syria in a cryptic Facebook post which has since been deleted.

“Alhumdillah (praise) I am okay ... Please forgive me for everything,” she wrote.

Among her contacts on the site was Zehra Duman, a former Melbourne woman known in Australia as the “jihadi bride recruiter” for her efforts to entice women to join militants. Ms Duman’s own Isis fighter husband was reportedly killed fighting for the terror group earlier this year.

Police confirmed that counterterrorism officers were investigating reports that Ms Milovanov had joined Isis but declined to comment further.

Michael Keenan, appointed this week as Australia’s new counter-terrorism minister, said he was disturbed that a mother would abandon her children.

“That report is obviously very disturbing. It does make you wonder what would motivate somebody to do that,” he said.

“Certainly any Australian who involves themselves in this conflict in any way is of great concern to the Australian government. Clearly we are monitoring that situation.”

More than 100 Australians have fled to fight alongside jihadists in Iraq and Syria with more than 30 of them killed, the government has said.

Australia announced on Tuesday that it would change the law to strip dual nationals linked to terrorism of their citizenship for “betraying the country”, but insisted no one would be left stateless.

Tony Abbott, the Prime Minister, said on Monday that the terrorism threat posed by Islamic state sympathisers witihin Australia was worsening.

“Since the terror level was raised to High in September of last year, we’ve had two terrorist incidents and we’ve had six attacks disrupted,” he said.

“Unfortunately, the numbers of Australians fighting with various terrorist groups in the Middle East is going up all the time – there’s now at least 100.

“The number of Australians actively supporting the death cult and other terrorist groups in the Middle East here at home is going up all the time – there’s now at least 150.

“So, this is a serious threat to our safety as a people and as a nation and, regrettably, it is getting worse, not better.”

She should never be allowed to return and I hope the government aren't allowing some of these cretins to slip back in without telling us.

I actually agree with Abbott on this. It shouldn't matter whether they have a dual passport or not - their citizenship should be revoked. The threat of being stateless would be a strong deterrent. Then again - when Israel and Lebanon were at war - no-one blinked an eye when the Lebanese and Jews returned to their "homeland" to fight each other.

True but they never declared a hatred to our way of life and sent terrorist into our country threatening our citizens.

We should maybe give this a war classification and therefore they become criminals of treason in a state of war..... then it is clear cut.... they are not enemy combatants.... they are traitors..... and we know what should happen to traitors in time of war.

I agree, but how can we revoke the citizenship of a person who is a born-Aussie? Maybe they should be gaoled for treason or some other thing?

Israel and Lebanon is a different matter, in my opinion. Though, if they bring in this "loss of dual citizenship", maybe tell the Lebanese that they can either choose to be Australians or go home to Lebanon and "don't come back"? Is it only the Lebanese Muslims that go "home" to fight the Jews? Do the Lebanese Muslims threaten Australia? The Lebanon/Israel argument is all about LAND, not religion and I tend to agree that the Jews have, over the years, extended the land of Israel, inch by inch. If I was a Lebo, I would be pissed off too. :rofl

Having said that, I think ALL religions are stupid ... including the christians.

The Lebanese/Israel thing is about LAND. See my post above. Although the Cronulla thing was the Lebos -v- the Aussies, wasn't it? Maybe they should be told to Shape Up or Ship Out?

We DO have a War .... against Terrorism, don't we? :D Somehow the war on terrorism might be construed as a "treasonable" offence? I am sure that our PM has the Attorney-General's Legal Section looking into it. That's where the Commonwealth Legislation is created. ;)
