US ex-soldier 5 life sentences

Discharged from the army because of a personality disorder before this.

A few questions.

If he was the master mind why did he rape the girl third? Why did he say he was following orders?

Did the army choose him as a scape goat and then dismiss him?

What was the nature of his personality disorder- did it involve a propensity to rape and kill civilian Iraqi cxhildren?

What stress were these men under?

How can life in jail ever be enough to those who would seek revenge for the vile and illegal rape and killing of a child and her family?
How could you properly avenge what these subhumans did to her and her family?

What has changed in the way things are run in the army, suppport for soldiers, and army selection etc to stop this happening again?

ele, in order to make recruitment quotas after the war in Iraq began the US military began recruiting low-life scum, the semi-retarded, and petty criminals for service. I imagine that these soldiers are of that ilk.

Every man/woman has the capacity to kill.

As for the rape, well men/women are pack animals. That in no way excuses it, its just fact. How do we supress the whole animal urge thing in the heat of the moment..? Reason plays no part.

The sentence in the circumstance was , I believe consistent with the unique circumstances in which they found themselves, they were at war.I dont believe in a life for a life, except for sex crimes committed by hardened serial sex/child killers.

If "low life scum", had been allowed to represent the US in war, then maybe that was a recipe for disaster. Can you are, are you allowed to do background checks, Im not sure of course. This is maybe discrimination.?

Australia was populated with criminals after all but Im not sure we have more crime here than other country.

The standards got a little loose with some recruiters AG when the pressure was on them to bring in warm bodies. Quite a number got caught red-handed recruiting people who were not fit to push a broom much less hold a gun.

Given there is over 100, troops in Iraq it is suprising how low the crime rates are, much lower than the civilian population, much lower than the number of corrupt police or politicians.

The old following oders excuse.

Anyone who made it out of boot camp knows rape and the murder of a civilian can never be a legal order and so must not be followed.

Still, at least in the military a life sentence means a life sentence.
