When people post pretentious and stupid shit......I'll say so. I'm not sexist about it. If you don't want me to attack your Posts, don't post ~ in this case ~ pretentious rubbish. Playing a female victim card is pathetic.Black Orchid wrote:So people with an opinion are stupid and you dog and stalk them with snipes and off topic contributions and demands just to get your little rocks off?aussie wrote:I am not stupid enough to make one, because unlike you, I know nothing about what is best for them and I won't (unlike you) pretentiously pretend I do know what is best for them.
Hmmm ok. As usual you have nothing. Carry on.
There are only 2 regular women on this site lately and you are stalking and abusing both of them. Nice one.

Did you learn a new word when I called you a pretentious prat? At least you could copy the way it was spelled.
Have you learned how to spell hypocrite yet?
A forum is for opinions and if you don't have one, other than your attacks on others, you should give it all away and get a real life.

Sounds like the right decision to me. They will still be pursuing an agenda of political separation within the union. Ultimately these people share the values that matter, liberty, democracy, humanity. The separatists are stuck in the past.

Everyone is entitled to my opinion. People voice their opinion of me, they attack me and I don't see you complaining about that, wot.Black Orchid wrote:Did you learn a new word when I called you a pretentious prat? At least you could copy the way it was spelled.

Well, let's get back to the TOPIC, shall we?

There you go. I predicted a NO vote. My Ancestry is Scottish with a touch of English on my maternal side.Well, thankfully, the referendum has come and gone and the result surprised just about everybody. Away back in spring, the "no" side had a comfortable 20% lead but that narrowed and actually vanished by weekend before last, making the Westminster politicos sit up and take notice. I would not have put any money on the result, for sure. However, the final result gave a 10% lead to the pro-union side, mostly, I think because of an impassioned last minute plea by Gordon Brown. We have had three referenda on Scottish devolution and two from three registered a "yes". Also two nationwide ones on Europe, again with a "yes". A more local one held over the ownership of the public water supplies in Scotland also registered a "yes" vote. I suppose the result rather depends on the way the question is phrased. This latest vote will not end the debate, either. It will rumble on for months with both sides calling "foul" at times.

Spot on FD. the scotts have gained even with the NO vote. They will get more independent power and still have the benefits of the union. Scotland is the winner with this No vote.freediver wrote:Sounds like the right decision to me. They will still be pursuing an agenda of political separation within the union.
