Jubial dropkick - there are almost NO schools in the country "far removed from government". Even the elitest of the elite recieve large sums of money derived straight from the public purse.

When is a private school not really a private school? When it recieves large sums of government funding, that's when. Just like nearly every private school in Australia does.
