Quiet but consistent legislative program

Dunno if anyone here has noticed but federal labor have been and are continuing to put up bills relating to improving competitiveness and regulation. This is an area where Tip was particularly slack. As the economy recovers the govt can break up cartel behavior, a bill to be introduced will reinforce guarantees and the fitness of an item, i.e. if it doesn't do what it is supposed to do or falls to pieces after one or two uses you will have much more comeback using the guarantee. Asst Treasurer Chris Bowen has been assidious in this.
