So, Humpty is charged.
So, Humpty is charged.
34 counts of alleged felony offences from Feb 2017 to Dec 2017...all false book-keeping concerning hush payments to three people who allegedly knew of his naughtiness, two women who say he ha sex with them and a doorman who apparently knew of some child Humpty fathered out of wedlock.
Penal Code 175.10.
Statute of Limitations is 5 years, but this is paused for any period an alleged offender is out of State.
Humpty moved from New York to Florida in September, 2019.
It is alleged the false accounting was to cover another crime, ie election campaign funding breaches. "Catch and kill."
Meaning to buy off any damaging personal information from hitting the public domain.
I am presently unclear on how it will be established that there was election campaign funding breaches, and I guess that will emerge soon enough.

Re: So, Humpty is charged.
Let’s look at these matters ONE at a time.
I’ll start with the alleged love child matter which dates back to 2017/18.
Have a read. It’s all BS! People are climbing on some bandwagon as far as I’m concerned.

There is no love child. The guy who started the rumour is a nutter. Even members of his own family admit that.

Re: So, Humpty is charged.
That is NOT a revelation or even relevant. The relevant bit it that Humpty paid the guy off, hid the fact that he did, and in the hiding, committed another crime, taking the false book keeping from misdemeanor to felony.lisa jones wrote: ↑Sat Apr 08, 2023 12:17 pmThere is no love child. 2. The relevant bit is in 1. In particular the nutter involved who started the false rumour AND who has a history of trying to make money out of others. He essentially demanded that money in order to keep quiet. You watch Trump’s lawyers argue that he was blackmailed. The fact that there is no love child also adds weight to that argument.

Reckon you are about 7 years behind current events. Read the Trump Indictment and the Summary of Facts attached to it.

Re: So, Humpty is charged.
I HAVE been reading the documents you’ve listed.
I was unfortunately distracted over at OzPol for a while and now I’ve lost a very good link which essentially outlined the difficulties which the prosecution is facing.
Not to worry ... once I find it I’ll come back to you.
Before I log off can I just say this? For the record I don’t think Trump will be convicted of anything and I don’t think he will go to prison for anything either.
How will this case end?
A bit like the Bruce Lehrmann case ... inconclusive and/or the case will be dropped.
One other little thing : Unlike Bruce Lehrmann...Trump has powerful inside connections.
Cheers Aussie
